Minimum Requirements and Qualifications: Matric / Grade 12 3 years experience in customer service, including sales and lead generation Computer literate in MS Office, SAP experience is advantageous Ability to work shifts and alternate Saturdays Key Performance Areas: Manage inbound calls and provide professional advice Follow up on leads, provide accurate quotes, and identify upsell opportunities Process sales leads, issue quotes, and ensure effective follow-up until sales conversion Handle customer complaints and claims, including payment collections Manage daily administrative tasks, including follow-ups and document management Market Related Salary, including Medical Aid, Provident and 13th Cheque
