Customer Services Agent - Courier Call Centre - Johannesburg
Busy, vibrant call centre has openings for experienced Call Centre Agents.
Requirements:
- Call Centre experience - Outbound
- Good communication skills
- Good listening skills
- Customer Service experience is a must
- Able to manage irate and upset customers
- Must have very good MS skills, including EXCEL (which will be tested)
- 5-day week, 8-5, which includes some weekens (on rotation)
The basic is R4 400, there is monthly bonus which will take you to at least R9 000 per month
