Reference: JHB001914-KK-1 We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a minimum of 8 years of experience in IT Service Management. You will be responsible for developing and delivering analytics and reports on the ServiceNow platform, aligning with stakeholders' needs. Proficiency in JavaScript, ideally JellyScript, and a completed university degree in computer science or a related field are required. ITIL certification is advantageous. This role involves working in an Agile environment and may require occasional travel to Germany. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deliver analytics and reports on the ServiceNow platform. Align with stakeholders to meet their reporting needs. Exercise governance over reporting developments. Test and deploy solutions using the Agile toolchain. Key Qualifications: Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Service Management. Proficiency in JavaScript, ideally JellyScript. Completed university degree in computer science or a related field. ITIL certification (preferred). Additional Requirements: Ability to work independently and as part of an Agile team. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements. Hourly
