ServiceNow Developer - Reporting/AI (Expert) - Pretoria
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver analytics and reports on the ServiceNow platform.
- Align with stakeholders to meet their reporting needs.
- Exercise governance over reporting developments.
- Test and deploy solutions using the Agile toolchain.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT Service Management.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, ideally JellyScript.
- Completed university degree in computer science or a related field.
- ITIL certification (preferred).
- Ability to work independently and as part of an Agile team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
