ServiceNow Developer - Reporting/AI - Pretoria
ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Practical knowledge in one or more of the following:
ServiceNow development (mostly UI Builder, Flows, Performance analytics, Reporting, Platform Analytics, Generative AI, Scripting in ServiceNow, Virtual Agent)
Alternatively sound JavaScript development experience and willingness to quickly learn ServiceNow development
Service Management, ITIL
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
·       Willing to work in an international team
·       Passion for technology
·       Smart mind, willing to learn new things on the go
·       Ability to work as part of an Agile team, inter-dependant as well as independently
·       Be able to submit deliverables on time and in excellent quality
·       Taking ownership and responsibility
·       Must be self-motivated and having an autonomous working style
·       Possibly travel to Germany as and when required
·       Hands-on & positive can-do attitude
·       High proficiency of English language, German is a plus
·       Ability to relate and interact with a variety of stakeholders at different organisational levels
·       Strong interpersonal skills, including intercultural understanding
·       Able to work under pressure and be resilient in stressful situation
·       Must be self-motivated and open to learn independently
·       Self-starter
WHICH QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE DO WE NEED FOR THE ROLE?
·       Completed university degree in computer science, business intelligence or similar.
·       Ideally experienced in developing with ServiceNow
·       Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ideally also JellyScript
·       ITIL Certification advantageous
·       Min 8 years working experience in IT Service Management
WHAT WILL BE YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES?
·       Develop your own analytics and reports on Service Now platform
·       Align with stakeholders to deliver them their desired reports
·       Use your Service Now experience to exercise governance on the reporting developments.
·       Test and deploy your solutions with our agile toolchain.
