Create, implement and ensure execution of the procedures and processes related to Warehousing and Distribution Conduct physical counts of products and reconcile with data to maintain adequate inventory levels. Daily, weekly and monthly stocktakes as planned Plan and co-ordinate picking and despatch requirements for the week Monitor, analyse and resolve all stock variances Liaise with maintenance on all machinery (forklift) requirements and racking in terms of general maintenance and repairs. Ensuring quality control standards are met. Ensuring health and safety regulations and standards are met. Management of dispatch team in terms of Performance,Discipline,Training,Regulatory requirements Matric / Grade 12 Supply Chain/ Distribution qualification English – speaking and writing. 5 years in a warehouse environment Supervisory and/or management experience Food Safety knowledge a must –FSSC 22000 Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
