Technical Competencies & Experience:

Diploma/Degree in Logistics/Operations Management /Supply Chain Management
At least 5 years in FMCG industry
Min 3 years in Warehouse Management
Supervisory and/or management experience
Knowledge of Syspro is essential
In-depth understanding of warehousing and despatch operations.
Ability to develop, implement, and manage efficient warehousing and distribution procedures.
Proficiency in conducting physical counts and reconciling inventory with data.
Experience in managing stock levels, planning stocktakes, and resolving stock variance
