Description Position duties : Plan and coordinate the daily work routines of the electricians and ensure effective day and night shift cover. Ensure overtime is managed effectively and kept within budget. Order and control spare parts. To assist production to keep machines running. Schedule each day's work Check and sign off job cards. Print weekly tpms. Log weekly TPMS on data base Control of critical spares on site Machine refurbishing Getting daily quotes Quoting for CARS 5 s audits Attend to production breakdowns. Control of nightshift schedule Attend to meetings when necessary. 24 hrs standby 7 days a week – or split amongst your peers. Implement of substation maint. Contractors Implement of paintshop burners maint. Contractors Attend to all factory and office buildings regarding electrical issues. Assist auditors when needed. Implement of maint. Staff appraisals as well as objectives. Attend to all electrical calibrations - certificates. Making of decisions whereas no senior management is available and to the company's benefit. Attend daily meetings Position requirements: N6 Electrical with at least 5 years related experience in areas such as Preventative maintenance, machine breakdowns and safety systems. Must have a sound working knowledge of general maintenance engineering PLC, Robotic Controls and CNC experience is advisable. Knowledge or word processing software, spreadsheet software and applied reporting / communication software.
