In event planning and management, within the sports industry. Strong knowledge of sporting codes, their rules, regulations and standards. Proven record of panning and executing sport events. Proficiency in event management software. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and travel as needed. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of sport events, including venue selection, scheduling, budgeting, logistics, and participant engagement. Work with marketing, sponsorship, and operations teams to align event goals. Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and sponsors for event resources and support. Create event timelines and schedules to meet budget and deadlines. Coordinate with sports organizations and officials to ensure event compliance. Implement marketing strategies to boost event attendance and revenue. Manage event staff, volunteers, and contractors, providing leadership and support throughout Oversee event operations on-site, including setup, signage, registration, security, safety and hospitality services.
