Finance Administrator / Timesheet / Job Costing - Kempton Park

Minimum requirements:
  • Strong Word and Excel Skills
  • Looking for a minimum of 2 years exp managing timesheets
  • Calculating hours worked
  • Assisting with Job Costing
  • Must be fully bi-lingual (Afrikaans / English)
  • Will be assisting with timecards and contractors of staff of site
  • Ensure Employee files are kept updated
  • Maintain an accurate filling system
  • Assist with Invoicing and Quotations
  • Ensure that orders are placed correctly and ensure it correspond to quotations
  • Reconciliation of POD list
  • Assist with basic debtors and creditors
  • Provide general office administrative support including typing, filing, data capturing/ input, maintenance, travel claims, HR information etc
  • Data preparation and collection for monthly, quarterly and annual reports.
  • To coordinate the booking of travel and accommodation for all departments
