Finance Manager - Gauteng A leading provider of innovative lighting solutions for commercial and industrial applications is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Manager to join their team in Johannesburg. In this crucial role, the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing strategic financial guidance to support the company's growth objectives. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES, NOT LIMITED TO: Manage the full financial cycle, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts Oversee the internal audit process and ensure adherence to company financial controls Develop and maintain strong relationships with external auditors and tax advisors Analyse financial data and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making Manage and motivate the finance team, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of accuracy Stay up to date on relevant financial regulations and accounting standards Support the implementation of financial systems and processes to improve efficiency REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role within a commercial or industrial environment Proven track record of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization Experience with financial management software (e.g., Pastel, SAGE) is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Monthly Salary: R25000 - R30000
