My client is a leading FMCG company seeking a dynamic Finance Manager to join their team. The successful incumbent will spearhead the operational finance function for the business Group. You will be a proven leader with robust technical accounting experience, a knack for critical thinking, with a proactive, hands-on approach. If you thrive in a deadline-driven environment and are ready to make a significant impact, apply now Responsibilities: Manage the day-to-day financial operations Produce accurate monthly financial reports and reports in line with specific deadlines Analyse and interpret financial information Budget preparation and cost management Manage Cash management Oversee financial year-end audit Prepare and manager VAT, Tax and statutory reporting Manager Asset management Review, update and implement financial policies and procedures Manage insurance administration Responsible for full payroll function - monthly and bi-weekly payrolls Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders Lead and manage the finance team Requirements: CIMA qualification BCom (Hons) Accounting degree or equivalent with completed articles Minimum of 5 years' experience in a financial management role Proven track record of managing a team of at least 3 - 4 team members Please note if you have not heard from us in 2 weeks from application, please consider yourself unsuccessful - please do continue to follow us online and apply for suitable roles. see Duties & Responsibilities
