We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager of Operations to lead and oversee our operational activities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Operations Management within the security industry, demonstrating strategic leadership, operational efficiency, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership : Direct and coordinate all operational activities to ensure effective and efficient service delivery. Identifying operational inefficiencies and implement solutions to improve operations. Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational effectiveness and achieve company goals. Devising a data-driven approach to evaluating future customer growth initiatives. Team Management : Recruiting and onboarding new team members. Lead, mentor, and motivate the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement. Maintain accurate documentation to track KPIs and performance of teams. Budget Management : Oversee the operations budget, cashflow and ensuring cost-effective management of resources. Quality Assurance : Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining the highest level of service quality. Client Relations : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and ensuring satisfaction. Risk and Asset Management : Identify financial and operational risks and manage potential risks and implement strategies to mitigate them. Self-motivated, action-oriented, multi-tasking individual with a great sense of urgency and follow-through. Bachelor's degree in business management, Operations Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the security industry. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent strategic planning and organizational abilities. Proven ability to manage budgets and financial plans. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
