These positions are available in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town. JOB DESCRIPTION INFORMATION Job Title: VIP Hosts (x3) Employment Type: Permanent, On-site Work Location: x1 to be stationed in Johannesburg x1 to be located in Durban x1 to be based in Cape Town Essential functions: To coordinate Club bookings and special requests for high end VIP bases. To build relationships and manage the overall experience of assigned VIP players. To communicate with assigned players on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. To host events, coordinate VIP events, manage guest lists and report back on VIP functions. To oversee comps and point balances. To actively grow the VIP database through acquisition. To actively grow the turnover of the existing VIP base. To ensure a seamless customer experience for the Casino and sports players. To provide management with daily/weekly and monthly player reports. To work with the marketing team on VIP promotions, VIP requests and VIP experiences. To actively participate in the overall marketing calendar, strategy, and event planning annually. To educate existing and new players on betting offerings, new games, promotions, and tier rewards. Skills, knowledge, and other requirements: Reliable and Trustworthy. Customer focused with VIP experience. Gaming experience crucial. Well-spoken and a good communicator. Calm and able to work under pressure while balancing multiple tasks. Comfortable with problem solving and extremely good with difficult clients. Ability to manage events from inception to completion independently and as part of a team. Requirements - Experience and education: Grade 12 or higher. 2 Years' experience in a customer focused role with Casino or VIP service knowledge required. Great communicator with more than 1 language preferred. Knowledge of the Betting or Casino industry. Ability to work weekends, shifts, and work long hours. Advanced Computer skills required.
