The Junior Project Manager will assist in the planning, execution, and completion of signage projects. This role involves coordinating with various departments, managing timelines, ensuring project deliverables meet quality standards. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and possesses strong problem-solving skills. Manage the scheduling of projects from inception to completion. Coordinate with design, production, and installation teams to ensure project milestones are met. Liaise with client and 3 rd party project managers. Do site surveys as and when required. Attend Production meetings and provide progress on projects and addressing any queries or concerns and discuss improvements. Update project tracking spreadsheet. Ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and communicated to various departments, including installation team. Communicate in advance and to relevant admin regarding vehicle and accommodation requirement. Prepare and maintain project documentation, i.e. Job cards, VOs, DIDs, supporting documentation, etc. Prepare site Health and Safety files. Do all necessary Health and Safety checks and inspections. Contact Centre Management and client to make necessary site arrangements. Assist installation teams with requisition forms and returns. Ensure that the teams have loaded the necessary items/tools in their vehicles before leaving for a site/trip. Identify and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise. Provide support in troubleshooting and finding effective solutions to project challenges. Manage sites remotely from the office and only visit sites if requested by Senior Manager. Maintain C-track system. Maintain Master Job Book. Minimum of a code 08 license. Have access to own vehicle. Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field. Previous experience in project management, preferably within the signage or related industry. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint). Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Technical background will be advantage. Apply Now
