Our company is looking for a professional machine operator / flexographic printer who has the required qualifications and experience to join our team. We are an innovative company that needs the expertise of a professional who can hit the ground running. Operating a 4 colour flexographic printing machine. Operating different types of packaging machines. Manufacturing multiple types of products. Repair machines and manage breakdowns quickly and professionally. Maintenance and trouble shooting. Problem solving. Quality Control Basic factory tasks. General operations. Must have experience working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate must be passionate about machines and manufacturing. The candidate must have at least 3 years' experience working in a factory either doing flexographic printing or as a turner/fitter or similar. Having qualifications or professional training in flexographic printing or machine operation & repairs is required. The candidate must know how to repair machines and be able to resolve machine breakdowns quickly and to a professional standard. The candidate must have excellent quality control skills and excellent time management skills in order to meet deadlines and provide products of an exceptional high standard. The candidate must possess leadership skills and know how to work in a team in order to add value to the organization and its and provide instructions to other staff members to ensure the quality of work is always to a high standard. R10k-R14k overtime and performance bonus. Package based on: The level of expertise you have The length and scope of your experience Your previous wages
