Requirements:
Trade Tested (Electrician / Millwright / Fitter & Turner etc)
Proven experience as maintenance manager or another managerial role
Must have 10+ years Plastic Manufacturing on Injection Moulding Machines experience
Experience in planning maintenance operations.
Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.

Responsibilities:

Diagnose and solve faults, manage team workloads, and coordinate with external contractors.
Ensure machine availability and performance through preventive and planned maintenance.
Address breakdowns promptly and comply with production planning.
Complete tasks timely, manage productivity parameters, and optimize processes.
Identify training needs, induct and mentor staff, and promote engagement.
Handle absenteeism, maintain food safety, and assign responsibilities.
Ensure communication, continuous improvement, housekeeping excellence, and health and safety compliance.
Prepare performance reports, lead maintenance meetings, and manage documentation.
Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
