Milk Receiver - South Africa
Main purpose of the job:
To operate the Milk Receiving with minimum waste while delivering the right quantity and quality product to the production facilities.
Preferred Requirements:
- Matric
- Learnership in Milk pasteurising plant best practices
- Full competence in this role will typically be developed over a 1 -2-year period with internal learnership.
Knowledge
- Basic knowledge of milk processing principles and practices
- knowledge of production and plant specifications
- Knowledge of the CIP practices and principles, cleaning procedures, compliance standards, quality control procedures and workflow in own area
- Basic waste management, basic instrumentation, system fault finding
