What are you going to do?- Performing (preventive) maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on our machines and installations.
- Manufacturing or modifying (components of) machines.
- Updating the working drawings if you've made changes to a machine or installation. You also maintain records of your work in the administration.
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues with machines and installations.
- Ordering supplies, materials, and parts for the work planner.
Our technical department consists of a core team of fifteen people, including three teams of mechanics who work in a three-shift schedule to ensure our machines run
smoothly. You report to the technical department supervisor. We work on weekdays in a three-shift schedule, starting at midnight on the night from Sunday to Monday. Once every six weeks, you'll also work for a few hours on a Saturday. You'll be on-call
for weekend maintenance duty once every twelve weeks.
Job requirements- You have a collegial attitude and enjoy working together with others. If there's a need to work a bit longer because a task needs to be completed, you have no problem with that.
- You are also open to occasionally being on call for maintenance duty.
- Furthermore, you are proactive and like to take the initiative, especially when you have ideas on how things can be improved.
If you can tick off the following checklist, we'd love to hear from you:- You hold a diploma in a technical field as millwright or similar, and you're eager to learn new things.
- Ideally, you have several years of experience in a maintenance role.
- You willing to relocate to the Netherlands and learn the Dutch language to collaborate effectively and communicate with your colleagues.
