Financial Google Maps Responsibilities: Switchboard Enquiries Complaints Tracking reps daily, weekly and monthly reports H/O weekly Monthly reports: Clicks, MediRite, Foschini Sales SOH Stock Shortages Report I.T Related problems with I.T team Skynamo, Telephone problems and record keeping of visits to office from IT company for accurate billing purposes. Skynamo (Rep Platform): Adding New customers, removing customers, updating H/O Customers and store changes and rep changes Check Wix (Website) daily for customer enquiries Enquiries email: Enquiries complaints report Contact Toshiba printer problems Ordering paper checking if need to order Makro List for office, cleaning and kitchen supplies Service Calls: H/O and ASJ/Sterns x3 times per year Sending of application forms to new customers Reps enquiries and assistance Capturing of reps reports sent daily Orders & Invoice back up if primary person on leave, or busy Phoning PBD's (customers) for payments and updating report Printing Invoices and POD's for H/Office accounts Filing and advertising file Check Bank Statement (when Lerato on leave) – PBD's Calendar and remind John about Meetings BDC Month End reports and reps visit checklists Double check order processor on Emis Period (once a month) E-tag issues and update new reps / cars details MTN Keep office file updated Order coffee for the coffee machine Assist planning cross border trips Stock Adjustments Customer research Assistance Manager with bookings and advise on their calendar Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
