Cross Border Road transport controller mininmum 3 Years experience Vast knowledge of Export documents ( SAD500, VOC,RIT, ECO TERMS) Computer Literate intermediate to advance in Excel Review and monitor tracking reports to customers. Ensure documents are sent to the border agencies timeously Tracking and monitoring of vehicles at all times Daily Load planning Monitor and report fleet effencies ie Borders, loading and offloading delays Quotations, GRN from warehouse. Ensuring loading of vehicles are done correctly. Client Liaison, requirements and queries to be attended to. Follow up on vehicle delays including border problems till truck offloaded. Loading Instructions from clients, including making ordert/maps for drivers to load, ensure vehicle details are sent to client. Managing fuel consumption Ensuring that constant contact and communication is maintained at all times with client. Contininous communication, support and guidance to be communicated to driver ensuring smooth delivery to client. 2-3 Year Minimum experience in Cross Border Strong understanding of cross border logistics Matric Computer Literate Market Related
