Reference: DBN002934-Minni-1 Our Client in the Retail Industry is seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team in Cornubia, Durban DUTIES Complete Payroll Processing for payment date 25th Payroll queries Check and recon all payroll input Prepare payroll review file according to sign-off requirements Third party externals- Processing all third party terminations and additions Managing, preparation and submission of all third party schedules and resolving any related queries Implementing Garnishees Importing hours from Trach-tech clocking system to VIP Generate reports as requested Capture new staff Send out leave schedules for approval Filing scanning all relevant payroll documentation Confirmation of employment Submission of UIF declarations (electronic file) Qualifications/Experience 2/3 years relevant working experience in payroll on VIP Premier payroll Matric essential VIP certification will be an added advantage but not an inherent requirement Numerical ability, Computer literate, Accountability Proactive in terms of planning, Attention to detail Able to work under pressure with tight deadlines Confidentiality in all matters all the time.
