Minimum Requirements
- Matric
- 1 – 2 Years’ experience in an administration role
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Responsibilities
- Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- Facilitate file movement between Sales, Drawing Office, Electrical and Bill of Materials
- Monitor and update planning and sales dashboards for files (MS Planner)
Update Platform:
- Production schedule (Excel)
- Microsoft Planner
- Visual
- Flag files that are late to issue
- Follow up with relating departments on file processes
- Make stickers and attach on Job cards prior to issuing
- Confirm file contents and process checklists before it is assigned to next department
- Create internal works orders on request
- Capture orders on request
Support the Planning Manager by:
- Attending to all administrative related functions
- Compiling and maintaining accurate records
- Developing and maintaining filing systems – both hard and electronic copies
- Ensuring that all documentation/records are filed and updated
