Production Planner - Johannesburg
Minimum requirements
- Matric
- 1 -2 Years’ experience in an administration role
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel
Responsibilities
- Adhere to ISO 9001 Quality Management System
Production viability checks:
- Assess component & materials availability at point of issue
- Determine viability of meeting COA dates
Updating Platform:
- Production schedule (Excel)
- Microsoft Planner
- Visual
- Upload Job cards onto Factory Departments Dashboards (MS Planner)
- Monitory Factory workloads
Support the Planning Manager by:
- Attending to all administrative related functions
- Compiling and maintaining accurate records
- Developing and maintaining filing systems – both hard and electronic copies
- Ensuring that all documentation/records are filed and updated
