Our international client based in Elandsfontein requires a diligent and proactive approach to dealing with the companies' suppliers and internal departments. This position will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels and ensuring that all materials and services are acquired efficiently and cost-effectively. Your ability to speak and write both English and Afrikaans will be beneficial to this role. REQUIREMENTS Matric, tertiary qualification - Advantageous A minimum of 2 years working experience in a similar role Valid Driver's License Communication Working knowledge and understanding of Customs and Exercise Excel skills – working understanding Working experience on Sage X3 or similar ERP system Strong communication skills Assertiveness Excellent problem-solving skills Analytical skills DUTIES Reporting to the Senior Procurement Officer Place orders with suppliers, follow up on orders, and create the relevant Good Receipt Notes upon receipt Assist with the monthly ordering of stationary Assist in the monthly ordering of groceries Assist in the continuous ordering of warehouse consumables Handle Ad-Hoc requirements as needed Asist with the coordination and arranging all maintenance requirements Handle the processing of zero invoices and replacement invoices Assist on the switchboard when requested Opening of indent files Assist with the up-to date sorting of the archives Place orders accurately and efficiently Capturing of all overseas invoices and shipping invoices Arranging payments with the relevant financial institution Continuously monitor shipment statuses daily Salary: R negotiable dependent on experience with company benefits.
