Job Description: The Procurement Coordinator will be responsible for implementing procurement plans, managing supply and demand forecasts, and source new product for suppliers. The successful candidate will have a tertiary qualification in supply chain or related field, along with 5-7 years of relevant experience. Key Responsibilities: Implement procurement plans for supply and demand forecast and customer orders. Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and documentation. Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers. Ensure effective communication to producers. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, quality assurance, and logistics to gather information and align on requirements. Work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks accordingly. Negotiate prices and contracts with suppliers. Work independently and act proactively. Be flexible and adapt to changing business needs and priorities. Requirements: Tertiary qualification in supply chain or related field. 5 -7 years of relevant experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage procurement activities, documentation, and inventory. Experience in using ERP systems or export systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Able to multitask and prioritize. Strong negotiation skills. Work independently and act proactively. Flexible and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
