Description Job Title: Production Team Leader Location: Johannesburg Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and proactive Production Team Leader to oversee machine setup, CIP (Cleaning in Place) processes, and assist with machine breakdowns. The Production Team Leader will ensure smooth operation of production machinery and contribute to maintaining high standards of efficiency and safety. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage machine setup to ensure proper configuration and readiness for production. Conduct and supervise CIP (Cleaning in Place) processes to maintain hygiene and equipment standards. Assist in diagnosing and resolving machine breakdowns to minimize downtime and maintain productivity. Coordinate with the production team to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary to optimize output. Ensure compliance with safety protocols and maintenance procedures. Train and support team members in machine operation and maintenance tasks. Maintain accurate records of machine setups, CIP activities, and maintenance. Qualifications: Proven experience in a production or manufacturing environment with a focus on machine operation and maintenance. Strong technical skills and understanding of machine setup and troubleshooting. Experience with CIP processes and equipment hygiene standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. Strong leadership and communication abilities. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high operational standards.
