Purpose of the role Responsible for the successful implementation and roll-out of company projects. The Project Manager's role is to ensure successful project delivery to clients, by ensuring that project teams complete their objectives and deliver projects on time, within budget and within scope. This entails the planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting on the project, and may include pitching the idea of the project to clients. Develop comprehensive project plans to ensure successful project delivery, by involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring feasibility. To act as the bridge between management and the teams tasked with the actual execution of the project. Develop detailed project plans to track implementation and progress and ensure project implementation in line with standard company processes . Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Ensure integration of project activities and requirements with other projects in the company Keep teams committed, motivated, and productive through the duration of the project. Prepare regular project reports, report and escalate issues to management for information and / or resolution as needed. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders . Perform risk management to minimise project risks. Ensure regulatory compliance. Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and filing system for both paper and electronic records. A Post-graduate degree. Masters degree will be an advantage. Relevant project management qualification . Experience in rolling out large scale Social Development Projects Proven work experience as a Project Manager . PMP/ Prince II certification will be advantageous. Microsoft Office Intermediate. Experience with project management software (e.g. MsProjects ). Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organisational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. A team player with leadership abilities. Self-motivated and self-directed. Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects. Ability to drive work to meet tight deadlines. Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritise within a busy workload. Discretion with personal and confidential information. A valid Driver's License . R40 000 – R50 000 depending on experience Apply Now
