Duties and responsibilities:- Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit top talent.
- Job Postings: Create and post job ads on various platforms.
- Candidate Sourcing: Use multiple methods to find potential candidates.
- Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes and conduct interviews.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive experience for all candidates.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment data.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant laws.
- Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers and manage onboarding.
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:- Education: Matriculated
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Skills:
- Strong recruitment process knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in recruitment software and ATS.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proactive, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
