Restaurant Supervisor - South Africa

Candidate Requirements:
  • Grade 12
  • A hospitality certificate will be a bonus
  • Minimum of at least 2 years of previous restaurant management experience
  • Experience in managing restaurant reservations
  • Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport
  • Computer literate with excellent competence in Microsoft Office
  • Demonstrable customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) and ability to pay attention to detail
  • Assisting with managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
  • Welcome guests to the venue
  • Answer incoming calls and address guests queries
  • Be familiar with the reservation policies, such as booking times, etc.
  • Assist with charging and closing of bills
  • Stock takes for bar & restaurant
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
  • Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Shift work: 05:45-15:00 & 13:45-Close.
Work cycle: 6 days on 2 days off cycle.
