Candidate Requirements:
- Grade 12
- A hospitality certificate will be a bonus
- Minimum of at least 2 years of previous restaurant management experience
- Experience in managing restaurant reservations
- Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport
- Computer literate with excellent competence in Microsoft Office
- Demonstrable customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) and ability to pay attention to detail
- Assisting with managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
- Welcome guests to the venue
- Answer incoming calls and address guests queries
- Be familiar with the reservation policies, such as booking times, etc.
- Assist with charging and closing of bills
- Stock takes for bar & restaurant
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
- Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
Shift work: 05:45-15:00 & 13:45-Close.
Work cycle: 6 days on 2 days off cycle.
Live-out position.
