Restaurant Supervisor - - South Africa

Candidate Requirements:

Grade 12
A hospitality certificate will be a bonus
Minimum of at least 2 years of previous restaurant management experience
Experience in managing restaurant reservations
Must have a valid driver's licence and own transport
Computer literate with excellent competence in Microsoft Office
Demonstrable customer service skills
Excellent communication skills (via phone and in-person) and ability to pay attention to detail
Assisting with managing the daily operations of the restaurant.
Welcome guests to the venue
Answer incoming calls and address guests queries
Be familiar with the reservation policies, such as booking times, etc.
Assist with charging and closing of bills
Stock takes for bar & restaurant
Strong organisational skills with the ability to monitor the entire dining and bar area
Flexibility in working hours and a willingness to cover shifts as needed
