Reference: JHB003173-SS-1 Our client in the manufacturing industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced Sales Manager at their organization Location: Edenvale, Gauteng Requirements: Qualification in Sales/Marketing 5-8 years Sales & Marketing Management experience Experience within a manufacturing/packaging environment is required Must have a valid driver's license Responsibilities: Managing the Sales & Marketing function at the branch and to increase sales volumes in accordance with customer demands and company budgeted forecast commensurate with the Company's business plan & managing sales of NXPE & XPE. Managing the sales & marketing function of the branch. Conducting Sales and Market intelligence. Calling on all major customers. Monitoring Sales performance and objectives from Sales team. Developing new business. Achieving Sales budget objectives. Ensuring updated price lists and setting selling processes with the Branch Manager. Motivating and driving the sales team. Coaching and guiding sales reps. Developing and implementing the sales strategy. MR - MR - Monthly
