Reference: JHB003175-SS-1 Our client in the manufacturing industry is urgently looking to employ an experienced Factory Manager at their organization Location: Edenvale, Gauteng Requirements: Qualification in Production Management/Operations Management 7-10 years of production experience Experience within the manufacturing/motor industry Must be familiar with the Labour Relations Act. Responsibilities: Managing the regions production activities and using the available resources i.e. manpower, machinery and materials etc to meet customer requirements. Planning, organising, leading, and controlling the Operations/Production activities. Ensuring optimal utilization of resources to achieve output. Involved with Branch costing of Products/Processes. Engaging in continuous improvement activities to optimises production. Responsible for meeting the production output and quality requirements. Understanding of various industries QMS requirements. MR - MR - Monthly
