Qualifications required:- Degree in Finance or similar field
- Any further studies in information systems or finance is advantageous
Skills and experience required:- 5+ years experience within a systems/process or business analysis position
- Retail or Financial Services industry experience
- Have a strong understanding of accounting practices
- Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software processes
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Experience in and a proven track record of work on large complex projects as project / business analyst lead
- Project management experience
- Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (scrum) and work practice
- Experience in using a business process management software such as Jira, Confluence, others.
- Managing and leading a team of business analysts
