Reference: CPT000946-BS-1 Our client, a leading retail group based near Bellville in Cape Town has an opportunity for a Senior Business Analyst to join their team. This role is a 50/50 split between finance and IT. The main purpose of the position is to provide business process and technology support to users to enhance efficiencies. Qualifications required: Degree in Finance / information systems or Business Analysis SAP certification would be advantageous Skills and experience required: 5 years' experience within a systems/process or business analysis position Retail or Financial Services industry experience is required Have a strong understanding of accounting practices Understanding of Financial reconciliations, depreciation and stock accounting Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software processes Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience in and a proven track record of work on large complex projects as project / business analyst lead Project management experience Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (scrum) and work practice Experience in using a business process management software such as Jira, Confluence, others. Job description: Managing and leading a team of business analysts Identify and implement new developments and changes to business processes and technology Documentation of business processes alongside functional and technical specifications Testing and providing implementation support Change management User training on systems Provide user support Project management Visit our website to see other opportunities.
