Reference: CPT000932-CL-1 Our client, a reputable Retailer based in Cape Town is currently looking to appoint a Senior Business Analyst to join their finance department. The main purpose of the position is to ensure that company finance systems and business processes incorporate industry standards and best practices. Qualifications required: Degree in Finance or similar field Any further studies in information systems or finance is advantageous Skills and experience required: 5 years' experience within a systems/process or business analysis position Retail or Financial Services industry experience Have a strong understanding of accounting practices Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software processes Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Experience in and a proven track record of work on large complex projects as project / business analyst lead Project management experience Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (scrum) and work practice Experience in using a business process management software such as Jira, Confluence, others. Managing and leading a team of business analysts Job description: Propose new developments and changes to business processes and technology Documentation of business processes alongside functional and technical specifications Testing and providing implementation support Change management and User training System consulting and User support Project management Financial reconciliations Depreciation Stock accounting Visit our website to see other opportunities.
