Qualifications required:

Degree in Finance / information systems or Business Analysis
SAP certification would be advantageous

Skills and experience required:

5+ years experience within a systems/process or business analysis position
Retail or Financial Services industry experience is required
Have a strong understanding of accounting practices
Understanding of Financial reconciliations, depreciation and stock accounting
Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software processes
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Experience in and a proven track record of work on large complex projects as project / business analyst lead
Project management experience
Knowledge and experience in Agile methodologies (scrum) and work practice
Experience in using a business process management software such as Jira, Confluence, others.
