The role requires a proactive individual with a passion for event management, strong project execution capabilities, and the flexibility to manage both domestic and international projects effectively Minimum Requirements: Minimum 4-5 years in the Events or Incentive industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong corporate communication abilities (written & verbal) Own reliable transportation required Ability to travel internationally and locally as necessary Duties and Responsibilities: Conceptualize RFQ/briefs including creative concepts Develop innovative event and incentive itineraries Manage budgets from initiation to financial reconciliation Coordinate flight, accommodation, and transportation logistics Conduct site inspections at potential venues and destinations Execute projects of varying scales both in-person and remotely Source quotes, negotiate rates, and maintain supplier relationships Provide high-level client management and maintain professional relations Handle guest relations including visa assistance and query management Conduct regular status meetings and communicate with stakeholders Manage a small team on larger projects ensuring cohesive collaboration Strong administration skills including documentation and reporting Coordinate with internal stakeholders across different departments Demonstrates excellent organizational and time management skills Exhibits professionalism and a diplomatic manner in all interactions Strong problem-solving abilities with a creative and innovative approach Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines independently Upholds high standards of email etiquette and communication Kontak Recruitment Disclaimer: Equal opportunity: All backgrounds are welcomed, with no bias.
