Senior Training Officer General Training - Freight / Logistics Environment East Rand

Assume full accountability and responsibility for General Training in the Group from inception to implementation stage. Ensure all statutory deadlines are met in terms of SETA requirements which includes but not limited to the Workplace Skills Plan, Annual training Report, Securing Mandatory Grants and meeting BBBEE score card requirements.

Minimum requirements:

Bachelors Degree.
Skills Development Facilitator Qualification.
Advanced skills in MS Word and MS Excel and related products
Minimum of 5 years in a Training Development role in a similar environment
Sound knowledge and experience of SETA requirements
Sound knowledge and experience in term of Workplace Skills Plan and Annual Training Report Submission
Sound Knowledge and experience from a BBBEE scorecard perspective and the compilation thereof specifically pertaining to Skills Development.
