Candidate Requirements:
  • Must have Grade 12 and a formal culinary Degree/Diploma from a recognized institution
  • Driver's license (essential)
  • Minimum 2 years experience in a Chef De Partie position
  • Must have a clear understanding of dietaries and nutrition
  • Must have in-depth knowledge of hygiene practices and new products
  • Must reference well and have an excellent food portfolio
  • Highly organized and with great attention to detail
  • Strong personality that can think on their feet and work under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Must have a positive attitude and great interpersonal skills
  • Must be able to work in a team and collaborate
  • Excellent time management skills and great work ethic
