Reference: JHB004490-VV-2 Telesales consultant with Technical expertise required for a dynamic company based in Pretoria Matric Looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Tele sales Consultant who will be responsible for: - Promoting, selling and securing orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach - Assisting the Sales Team to keep abreast of market trends and influences. - Managing the accounts of existing customers through excellent relationships and a clear sense of goals and priorities - Assist the Branch Manager and Sales Team with administrative and planning tasks such as Inventory Procurement, Order follow ups and credit returns administration. Execute existing Sales Strategies that are in line with the business plans: Generating leads, targeting new customers and expanding market share. Develop and maintain existing customer base and maintain data in CRM-system. Prepare and follow-up quotations, process orders and address enquiries from customers. Be pro-active, liaise with internal stakeholders regarding delivery dates and stock procurement to ensure service excellence. Evaluate market, provide feedback to management. R12 000 - R18000 - Monthly
