The following qualifications, skills & experience apply:
- Minimum of three (5) years experience
- Previous workshop and or parts warehousing experience essential
- Handling & administering all financial administrative matters.
- Preparation of daily check lists for workshop staff
- Full Creditors function (capturing of invoices, reconciliation of creditors accounts, and filing of all creditors paperwork)
- Assisting with Stock take
- Processing of job cards, and related follow ups on job card work in progress notes
- Purchase Orders
- Administration of diesel consumption logs, and checking of stock on hand
- Excel experience required
- Pastel / Evolution
- Filing
- Evidently, strong computer and administrative, and organisational skills are essential.
- Valid drivers license.
- Reporting to Managers on work that was done.
- Be able to work within set deadlines
- Follow strict confidentiality policies and procedures within the company
- Preparation of monthly workshop reporting
