The position of the Team Coach is to lead an inbound voice/messaging customer services Solutions customer goals and objectives. The Team Coach is also expected to work within all teams of the g and managing a team of +- 20 agents
literacy initiatives in disadvantaged primary schools throughout the country. These initiatives provide facilitators and educators within a cohort of schools, either through in person training or online training Train new facilitators within new and existing schools being launched to successfully perform their facilitator facilitators Perform ongoing training of existing schools' facilitators for upskilling within the facilitator Train educators within new schools being launched to ensure that a school's educators are informed about
