Conduct cash book entry to Everest
Conduct EFT for payments
Do second level Bank authorisation
Confirmation of budget allocation form
Effect the payments on the FNB platform
Monthly Bank reconciliations
Do credit card and petty cash documents for reconciliation
Run Bank changes report
Capture bank changes on the system
