- Managing bookkeepers, training and assisting in querie queries at store level; and
- Maintenance and management of the information saved on the electronic storage iewing management accounts after review of the bookkeeper files, and then sending management accounts owners once reviewed, dealing with queries on management accounts;
- Prepare for and run training stationery requirements for all staff;
- Managing with Metrofile the stores documentation and storage
Debtors Controller
Port Elizabeth
- Debtors Management:
- Invoicing, Statements, Queries, Discounts and Age Analysis o Ensure as per rate cards or negotiated prices
- Manage and Oversee creditors applications
- Invoicing

- Process invoices and credit notes
- Manage back charges for dumping and accommodation
- Lump day of the following month o Resolve Queries o Manage and follow up per age analysis o Ensure compliance software is updated accordingly.
- Timesheet management
- Tenders: Compile as and when required
- Quotes
Medical Claims Clinical Auditor (ee)
Port Elizabeth
Monthly LOC/ LOS / item or drug approval queries to case managers for resolution.
