Responsibilities:
Code of Conduct for all Legal Practitioners, Candidate Legal Practitioners and Juristic Entities ; Rules administrative support & basic computer literacy. Develop a risk-based testing plan by selecting an appropriate and the effectiveness of controls in meeting organisation and control objectives; Identify and document control weaknesses and/or process inefficiencies; Organise and reference work papers for review by the National Officer, and Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund; Liaise with the Legal Practitioners Fidelity Fund and
Commercial / Audit qualification - Compliance Practitioner (CPRAC) Qualification - 5 years compliance / business management knowledge - Experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures
