experience in Talent Management / Learning & Development.

Manage meetings and scheduling etc
Manage all forms of commuications
Prepare regulations and maintain confidentiality
Manage all information from internal and external sta taks on time
Assist with HR projects
Manage all training processes
REQUIREMENTS:
5 as an Executive Assistant
Degree in Administration, Human Resources or a related field

Serve as a trusted advisor to managers and employees, providing guidance and support talent in place.
Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance learning and development.
