The role will primarily involve chairing disciplinary hearings, grievances and performance management. Experience should include writing up a disciplinary outcome.

Qualification: HR Degree or related qualification
Sounds knowledge of Labour Labour Law legislation
Industrial Relations - including the drafting of charges and chairing disciplinary
support on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
Lead talent acquisition in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
