Investigate all incidents and accidents that root cause failure analysis (RCFAs) action plans are executed within assigned deadlines. Assist subordinates and components to be replaced or re-used. Review planned maintenance work based on breakdowns and RCFAs fill vacancies. Review the performance of the engineering foremen on a monthly basis.
