Remark: negotiation negotiation lead remains with Plant Procurement and design approval with ME of ordering plant. Organize and loops with supplier, Procurement and ME. Participates in networks across Procurement and other related functions Tech days, VA/VE activities etc. with Global Procurement, Engineering functions or other engaged functions
