The Operations Managers
coordinate the activities of all the departments and service areas within the company, in order to make sure
its best potential, both internally and to its customers. This will be achieved by taking responsibility
Business Unit Business Plans, and Customer Solutions on an ongoing basis;
effective operations model within the customer facilities and ensure service are delivered effectively and economically
strategies with soft service suppliers i.e. planned, preventative and emergency services
Identify risks
risks related to soft services on Clients property and action evaluation and resolution
Implementation
utilization of available resources in various service lines i.e. cleaning, landscaping, waste, hygiene
documentation
Continuously monitor and evaluate service delivered by supplier staff to ensure quality,
and sell company services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers in your zone allocation Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Prospect for new clients through Expedite the resolution of site issues to maximize customer satisfaction. Achieve agreed upon sales targets accurately quote clients for the full scope of services the company has to offer. Ensure two new quotations
SKILLS & ABILITIES: Must be able to fault find, service and maintain the following:
Diesel welders
computer literate and be able to communicate with my customer
Diesel compressors
Client
and investors focusing on green technologies and services to remove barriers to investment and growth.
